§ Mr. CarmichaelThe integration of the Ministry of Power and elements of the Board of Trade and the Department of Economic Affairs in the Ministry of Technology will be carried out with the minimum interruption of day-to-day work. No estimate has been made of the marginal cost of implementing this re-organisation.
