§ Mr. UrwinThe Water Resources Board, which is responsible for the desk study of the use of the Wash for water conservation, expects to receive a report by consulting engineers on the engineering aspects by the end of the year. Work on other aspects of the study should be completed by about the same time. The Board hopes to make its report on the study as a whole by next summer. Its report and that of the consulting engineers will then be published together.
