§ Mr. EnnalsAvailable statistics relate only to successful claims. From 1959 until June, 1968, the latest date for which figures are at present available, there were 315 successful claims to injury benefit for nystagmus. Of these all but two were in respect of employment in the coal mining industry. The question of measures for prevention is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Power.
