§ Mr. Will Owenasked the Prime Minister what action he has taken on the submission made by the Newbiggin-by-the-Sea Urban District Council concerning the building of Stage 5 of the South-East Northumberland Spine Road, as set out in their letter of 15th September; and whether he will make a statement.
