§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyThe meeting with our Scandinavian partners and Iceland at the end of September was one of a series of negotiations on the E.F.T.A. regime for frozen fish fillets from 1st January, 1970. There are to be further discussions next week and I am unable at this stage to anticipate the outcome of these negotiations.
