§ Mr. Elystan Morgan£1,672,958 was paid in compensation under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme during the financial year 1968–69. The Scheme applies only to Great Britain; any question about payments under corresponding provisions in Northern Ireland is a matter for the Northern Ireland Government.
