§ Mr. HoyWith the support of the United Kingdom delegation, the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission decided at its meeting this year to set up study groups to work out practical schemes to help restore the North Sea and other north-east Atlantic herring stocks. We shall be playing our full part in this work and in the further scientific investigations which are being undertaken.
