§ 57. Mr. Mappasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what additional powers he proposes to enable local authorities to deal effectively with abandonment or partial abandonment, structural decay or lack of reasonable maintenance in respect of industrial or commercial buildings or land.
§ Mr. SkeffingtonLocal authorities already have wide powers. My right hon. Friend is not convinced that additional powers are required, but he will keep this matter under review.
