§ Mr. CrossmanSince publishing our initial proposals in Chapter 6 of the White Paper on "National Superannuation and Social Insurance" (Cmnd. 3883) we have been holding a series of discussions with representatives of occupational pension schemes and others concerned. Preparation of substantive proposals to place before the House is now well advanced.
