§ Dr. Winstanleyasked the Lord President of the Council if he will take steps to abolish the arrangements whereby, in the event of the death or retirement of a Member, desks in single or double rooms are reallocated by the Whips of the former Members' party, and substitute a system which takes note of the party of the incoming Member and the size of Members' electorates.
§ Dr. Winstanleyasked the Lord President of the Council if lie will publish a table in the OFFICIAL REPORT showing which desk in which desk room was occupied by each of those Members who have vacated their seats by death or retirement during the present parliament, and by whom each of these desks is now occupied.
