§ Mr. MurrayThe information for 1960 and 1964 is £2 12s. 0d. and £3 4s. 0d. respectively. The Railways Board now adjust its fares to individual markets in accordance with the recommendations in the Prices and Incomes Board Report No. 72 (Cmnd. 3656). Fares vary from journey to journey, and a comparable figure for September, 1969, cannot therefore be given.
