§ Mr. Merlyn ReesCounty cricket clubs are free to advertise without restriction so long as they do not indicate an intention to discriminate on grounds of colour, race, ethnic or national origin. Recruitment based on birth in the county concerned does not fall within any of these categories—either as a matter of law or common sense.
