§ Mr. George ThomasI refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave him on 28th April. Although I have no record of numbers, it seems clear that, as a result of the amendment of the Act, leaseholders are now more confident in exercising their rights under it.—[Vol. 782, c.189.]
