Mr. Hector Hughesasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will state the time of starting, duration of stay and time of return and also the crew qualifications and medical equipment of the new trawler safety support ship "Orsino" sent by him for service to the trawler fleet in the North and Arctic seas.
§ Mr. Goronwy Roberts"Orsino" sailed today and will remain off Iceland until the end of April. In addition to the operating crew, there are on board a weather advisory officer, who is a temporary officer of H.M. Coastguard with command experience, a meteorologist, a doctor, a sick berth attendant, and four radio officers. Medical equipment is to Scale 1 of the Merchant Shipping Medical Scales appropriately modified.
