§ Mr. Hugh Jenkinsasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that the report attached to the annual accounts of Lloyds Bank for 1968 did not disclose the fact that a donation of £2,000 has been made to the Economic League; and if he will institute proceedings against Lloyds Bank for breach of Section 19 of the Companies Act, 1967, relating to donations for political purposes.
