§ Mr. RichardA claim for damages has been received from solicitors acting for Mr. Hugh Bowman. The circumstances surrounding the incident which culminated in the arrest of Hugh and Edward Bowman are in the process of being investigated. It would therefore not be right for me to speculate on the outcome.
