§ Mr. Harold LeverExports of coal and home refined petroleum products are going well. The main rôle of the fuel industries however is to underpin the export efforts of others by ensuring adequate supply and efficiency in production. The fuel industries are well aware of this need and have substantial achievements to their credit.
