§ Mr. John SilkinI am in full agreement with the hon. Member's objective but I do not think that this would be a good way of achieving it. I am advised that runnels or ramps would be dangerous to light vehicles such as invalid carriages and would be a serious hazard to motor traffic generally in poor visibility and other adverse weather conditions.
