§ Dr. John DunwoodyIn May this year my right hon. Friend gave loan consent for the building of a health centre at Heaton Moor. In November last approval was given to the building of another health centre at Offerton, and my right hon. Friend is ready to give loan consent for this when he receives the necessary formal application.
