§ Mr. RossI opened the campaign in Glasgow and subsequently my hon. Friend the Joint Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Mr. Buchan) visited six other Fire Brigade areas. We congratulate all Scottish Fire Brigades on the efforts they made during the campaign period; some publicity material is still being shown in remoter stations.
