§ Mr. SkeffingtonThe Minister has power to hold local inquiries on a number of matters under the Town and Country Planning Acts, including, particularly, development plans and appeals against decisions by local planning authorities.
Rules of procedure made by the Lord Chancellor apply to most planning appeals, and the spirit of these rules is observed in other cases.
