§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs why, in view of the importance of British trade with South Africa, he authorised the spokesman of Her Majesty's Government at the United Nations to state that it is his policy to be hostile to the Government of South Africa.
