§ 92. Mr. Carlisleasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government why he has refused to sanction the provision of 242W a public sewerage scheme for houses in Proffits Lane, Hetsby, for which an application for grant was made by the Runcorn Rural District Council on 13th June, 1969.
