§ Mr. CroslandI have received nearly 2,000 comments on the Redcliffe-Maud Report, including comments received from authorities in Shropshire. These comments reflect a very wide variety of views. I have nearly completed my consultations with the local authority associations on structure. After the White Paper on structure has been laid before the House, there will be detailed consultations on boundaries.
