§ Mr. Milneasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will issue a circular to local authorities outlining his Department's policy in regard to the admission of the Press to the council and committee meetings of local authorities.
§ Mr. SkeffingtonLocal authorities are already well aware of the great importance my right hon. Friend attaches to their keeping the press and public informed of their activities. He will offer further advice if he thinks the situation requires it.
