§ Mr. Milneasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish a White Paper on the effects and implications of British membership of the European Free Trade Association during its 10 years of existence, and the estimated effects on the economic position in regard to the European Free Trade Association countries, following a successful application to join the European Economic Community.
