§ Mr. Skeffington25 areas of outstanding natural beauty have been designated in England and Wales, and a designation order for the Suffolk coast has recently been submitted to my right hon Friend for confirmation. The Countryside Commission is proceeding towards the designation of four other areas which it has approved in principle, and has other proposals under consideration.
