§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyThese convictions under Section 1 of the Trade Descriptions Act were based on a misdescription of the vehicles or parts, particularly as regards the mileage covered, age or previous ownership, or the fitting of new or reconditioned units.
Such convictions do not in general imply that the goods are faulty.
