§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will tabulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT the total net yield of fuel taxes, motor taxation and selective employment tax, since its introduction, respectively, in each of the financial years 1958–59 to 1968–69, inclusive, the percentage of total Government revenue which this represented in each of those years, and also its percentage of the gross national product, together with estimated corresponding figures for the current financial year.
