§ Mr. TaverneThe dollar value of the reserves and the Treasury portfolio at end-October, 1964 was $3,772 million. Transfers from the portfolio to the reserves were of $885 million in February, 1966 and of $490 million in November, 1967. The value of the reserves at end-October, 1969 was $2,482 million.
