§ Mr. VarleyThe advantages of the development areas have been extensively publicised. The incentives proposed for the intermediate areas were announced by my right hon. Friend the then Secretary of State for Economic Affairs on 24th April and 25th June and are already being advertised in the press and in literature issued by the Department.
