§ Captain Kerbyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what steps he is taking to prevent confidential Departmental case papers being mishandled in future by 16 year old casual employees, as was the case in one cf his Department's local offices in Sussex recently.
§ Mr. EnnalsI am satisfied that no general change in the Department's arrangements for handling confidential case 15W papers is called for. A locally produced form which may have contributed to the mistake in the case in question has been modified.
