§ Mr. RichardAll the 85 civilians currently employed by the Ministry of Defence at the Hebrides rocket range are on a permanent basis. No other civilians are employed on a seasonal basis, nor are there any plans to do so in the future. For details of the numbers of civilians and the wages paid to them by the Ministry of Defence, now and in the future, may I refer my hon. Friend to the answers I gave to the hon.
