§ Mr. GreenwoodThe report is published today, and my right hon. Friend the 87W Secretary of State for Wales and I are very grateful to the Committee for the thoroughness with which it has carried out its task. We welcome its constructive approach, and we are inviting the comments of the local authority associations and of the allotments movement on the report.
