§ Sir F. Macleanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland why he has chosen to hold the public inquiry concerning the Hunterston Peninsula in Ayr ; and whether he will change the venue to Largs or some other centre in North Ayrshire nearer to the area in question.
§ Mr. RossThis inquiry is of much more than local significance. I decided that, on balance, Ayr would be the most convenient place for those involved in it.
