asked the Minister of Transport if he will state the maximum blood alcohol level allowed before a traffice offence is committed in France, Western Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Spain and Italy, respectively, from information available to him from international sources.

There is no prescribed blood/alcohol level in France, Denmark, Spain or Italy. The level in Sweden and Norway is 50mg/100 ml and in West Germany 130mg/100 ml.
