Farrer-Brown, C.B.E., the Chairman of the Voluntary Committee on Overseas Air and Development, has kindly agreed to advice me on the selection of participants who will be representative of those in the categories suggested by the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organisation as being best qualified to contribute to the work and aims of the Congress.
