Mr. Chichester-Clarkasked the Minister of Public Building and Works how many of the 25 Departmental appointments which he announced as part of the review of top management in June were filled by persons who have worked for a building or civil engineering firm, either as a director or as an employee, how many by qualified architects, how many by engineers, and how many by quantity surveyors.
