§ Mr. Eldon Griffithsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has received Sir Val Duncan's report on the functions and scale of foreign and Commonwealth representations abroad; and when he intends to publish it.
§ Mr. M. StewartI have not yet received the report from Sir Val Duncan although I expect to do so in the near future. I shall then reach a decision in consultation with my Ministerial colleagues on the question of publication.
