§ Mr. HealeyIt is not possible to give information in the form requested because offset payments cannot be attributed to part only of our forces stationed in Germany. Figures for our forces in Germany as a whole have been given in answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Bebington (Mr. Brooks) on 16th December, 1968. The reply given by the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs to my hon.
