§ Mr. EnnalsI assume that my hon. Friend has in mind the report, not made to my right hon. Friend, but published recently by The Arthritis and Rheumatism Council. Before a disease can be prescribed the conditions laid down by the National Insurance (Industrial106W Injuries) Act must be satisfied. There is no evidence that the conditions are satisfied by these two complaints.
