§ Mrs. HartAs I explained in my Answer to the hon. Gentleman the Member for Guildford (Mr. David Howell) on 28th April, no decision on the location of the third centre for the Civil Service College has yet been made. But before a decision is taken, other Ministers concerned will be consulted.
