§ Mr. CrossmanThough doctors are asked not to prescribe these products generally, they are free to do so if they consider it clinically necessary. Whenever investigation of high prescribing costs suggests that prescription of any particular products by an individual doctor contributed to his high costs, the matter would be discussed with him.
