§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science why copies of Administrative Memorandum No. 7/69 of 29th April, 1969, measuring 280W 8¼ inches by 6 inches, were despatched in envelopes measuring 12¾ inches by 9 inches.
§ Mr. Edward ShortEnvelopes were prepared for the distribution of this memorandum of a size large enough to contain also the report on Scales of Salaries for Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools, England and Wales 1969, which in a number of cases was issued with it.
