§ Mr. Geoffrey Lloydasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the recent judgment of the Court of Appeal, he will undertake further studies of the need for amending the law to remedy the lack of redress for injury for a passenger where such injury is not covered by insurance.
§ Mr. MarshI announced my intention to introduce legislation in this respect, as soon as there is a suitable opportunity, in Answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Loughborough (Mr. Cronin) on 10th March. I do not regard further studies as being necessary.—[Vol. 779, c. 960.]
