§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyI have made no proposal to provide small nursery factories in Sunderland, but I understand that the County Borough have already arranged to do so. A proposal for slum clearance is, in the first place, a matter for the local authority and it is for them to submit their proposals for the clearance of particular areas to my right hon. Friend the Minister of Housing and Local Government.
