§ Mr. FowlerAn agreement has been signed with the approval of the British and Greek Governments which provides that U.K.A.E.A. and the Public Power Corporation of Athens will negotiate a contract for the sale of a nuclear power station to Greece, and that, in parallel, a separate contract will be negotiated for the supply to Britain of Greek tobacco.
