§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in the light of recent developments in Europe, he will make a further statement on Her Majesty's Government's policy regarding the degree of sovereignty in all spheres, and control over foreign policy in particular, which is to be surrendered by the United Kingdom on joining the Common Market.
