§ The Attorney-GeneralMy noble Friend the Lord Chancellor is considering with the Senior Master the question of allowing writs and other High Court processes to be issued by post, but it is unlikely that the staff needed to deal with the queries inevitably arising from postal158W business will be available until the Administration of Justice Bill has transferred some of the debt-collecting work of the High Court to the county court.
