§ Mr. Peter Walkerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government when he proposes to introduce a Rate Support Grant (Increase) Order to offset the increases in local authority spending necessitated by Government measures since October 1968.
§ Mr. GreenwoodThe usual time for an Increase Order is in the autumn. I propose shortly to invite the local authority associations to advise me about increases which, in their opinion, have occurred.
